What we don’t know about pulling off the perfect event simply isn’t worth knowing.
If you have expertly planned your celebration but want to hand over the reins for a professional team to co-ordinate everything on the day this is the perfect option for you.
With Rachel at the helm, our expert team will take the stress out of your special day with our event management service, giving you the safe pair of hands you need to take the reins so you’re free to enjoy the day… just as you should.
Our on-the-day event management option sees us take on the full coordination of your celebration, starting from the moment your venue opens its doors to you until the last guests depart.
One month prior to the big day we have a thorough handover to go through all your plans, alongside a site visit at your venue or marquee location. Everything is then pulled into a detailed running order which will be shared with your suppliers enabling you to relax and enjoy the final build up.
Investment from £1,500
On the day we take care of everything, from overseeing suppliers and set-up, to managing timings, coordinating guests and ensuring every element runs without a hitch. Acting as chief go-to for all external contractors, we’ll be with you until the last of your die-hard dancers retires from the dance-floor.
Included in our wedding and event planning services, and available as a stand alone option, it's the ideal way to round-off your event journey, giving you the freedom to relax, unwind and experience the magic of your celebration alongside each and every one of your guests.
Caz & Jimmy - Elmore Court, gloucestershire
Rachel is extremely organised, creative, patient and easy to work with. We loved the process of planning our wedding with her and felt like she was a friend by the end of it all. Plus she put up with my constant concerns and decision-doubting! She clearly loves what she does and I'd have no qualms with recommending her."
