Meet Rachel
I care enormously about getting things right.
That might mean spotting the candle that isn’t sitting quite straight, or having a backup plan in place before a problem ever reaches you. Clients consistently describe me as calm and reassuring, even when there is a lot happening behind the scenes.
I genuinely enjoy the logistical detail most people are very happy to hand over, and I’ll always give you an honest answer when it helps. As trust builds, you can stop keeping track of every last detail, because you know I already am.

That same thinking influences the choices we make along the way. I’m naturally drawn to locally sourced flowers and exceptional seasonal food, and to bringing together a team who care about their work as much as I do.
Working on events from the operational side taught me what needs to happen long before guests arrive, and that knowledge still informs the way I plan today. It means I can look beyond how a wedding appears on paper and instinctively understand how it will come together when the spaces are full, the schedule is live and the celebration is in full swing.
The plan is always to have brilliant specialists doing what they do best, but once their part is done and the celebration is underway, responsibility for what happens next sits with me. Over the years, that has occasionally meant turning my hand to an emergency buttonhole or fixing a cake when something needed sorting at the eleventh hour.
