The details:
Fran and Jeff didn't have a firm brief when we first met, but loved the idea of lots of fire, soft lighting and jewel tone florals. Our team curated a design board based on their personal style and sourced suppliers to perfectly align with their vision.
We made the most of the winter light and adorned the venue with hundreds of candles to create a beautifully romantic setting for the ceremony and drinks reception. The finest Champagne was enjoyed during the reception with live jazz musicians giving a hint of the party to come.
The element of surprise came as guests entered the Gillyflower for dinner, with The Function Band welcoming them in and had everyone signing along before starters were even served! Between courses, guests were singing, dancing and having the time of their lives.
After dinner guests enjoyed signature cocktails and were able to enjoy the outside space in the tipi, making use of the cosy lounge areas and internal fire pit.
Then came the reveal, the dance floor opened to showcase amazing foil streamers to bring the party vibe. Fran changed into an incredible sequin gown and the band had the dance floor packed; only pausing at midnight when we had fireworks to welcome in the new year.
Treating guests like VIP's:
The guest experience was at the forefront of their minds throughout the planning, and those lucky enough to have a room at Elmore Court were welcomed with personalised door hangers and hangover kits. Guests staying offsite were equally cared for with chaffeuers ready and waiting throughout the night to take them to their accommodation.
With a rail of faux fur jackets for guests to borrow, and s'mores to toast on the fire pit, the details for this event were next level.
Luxury table settings, the finest couple, and the most incredible party.
